On the Road Again

Melissa and I hit the road early this morning and got to Van Horn by 3:30. As usual we had wind almost the way from Kerrville - mostly a side wind. I drove to Ft. Stockton and Melissa drove to Van Horn. The kids need to stop calling Melissa whenever they have a problem - don't know what they expect her to do from so far away and it makes her worry. Got hooked up and got the wine out. We sat outside, had a glass of wine and Melissa played her flute. Didn't defrost anything so we're heading over to a restaurant for dinner. Hooray - I don't have to drive thru El Paso.
