A rain day

Not much going on here. We had a nice rain day which cooled things off a little altho its not been too hot. I'm just working and lounging - nothing exciting. The yucca is blooming. Its amazing that such an ugly plant can have such beautiful blooms. Had a beautiful sunset the other night. I really like just sitting outside under my awning and having a nightly glass of wine.

Another week in Silver City

Not much to write about. I've gotten used to the physical work and am not so sore and tired when I get off work. We had a potluck yesterday for all the workampers. Good food and fun. Some of the cactus are blooming. It always amazes me that such ugly plants have such beautiful flowers. Found a folding shelf that works great in the RV. Melissa emailed me a great picture of her on her bike during a ride.
